Job Summary
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you’ll be the technical face of Aniston—partnering with Sales to shape solutions, draft BOQs, respond to RFPs, run product demos and support client evaluations. You’ll gain deep exposure to AV technologies and tender processes under the mentorship of our seasoned pre-sales and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, OEMs, and engineers to architect AV system proposals (cameras, DSPs, control units, AV over IP)
- Prepare detailed BOQs, compliance matrices, and pricing for government (GeM, CPP Portal) and private tenders
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs (live or virtual) for clients and integrators
- Draft clear and accurate technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proof of concept requests
- Coordinate proof of concept activities: equipment loans, site surveys, and pilot installations
- Maintain up-to-date product datasheets, comparison charts, and demo scripts
- Train Sales and channel partners on product features, firmware updates, and best-practice configurations
Key Requirements
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) freshers with a passion for technical sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Aptitude for learning AV technologies—displays, cameras, DSPs, and networked AV
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work with CRM/tender platforms
- Detail-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple pre-sales tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR and occasional outstation visits
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Internship/project experience in AV, IT, or electronics domain
- Familiarity with electrical drawings, AV layouts, or CAD/Visio tools
- Comfortable conducting hands-on lab demos and configuring equipment
- Experience with online tender portals and BOQ preparation fundamentals
