Job Summary
We’re seeking an energetic, market-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell the full Aniston product portfolio across Delhi NCR and beyond. You’ll build new customer relationships, nurture channel partners, hit monthly sales targets, and represent Aniston at industry events. This is a hands-on field role ideal for MBA freshers who thrive on targets and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, education, hospitality, and government verticals
- Onboard, train, and support AV dealers and system integrators to expand market reach
- Conduct live demos of PTZ cameras, DSPs, control units, and AV over IP solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through outreach, cold calls, site visits, and follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and drive repeat business
- Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer needs and report to Product & Marketing teams
- Represent Aniston at trade shows, roadshows, and technical seminars
Key Requirements
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) freshers with a passion for B2B technology sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented attitude with willingness to work in the field
- Basic understanding of AV products (cameras, DSPs, conferencing, control)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Ability to travel frequently within Delhi NCR and to outstation client sites
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Internship or academic project experience in AV, IT, or electronics sales
- Existing network in AV/system-integration channels
- Familiarity with tender portals and channel-distribution models
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new AV technologies
